Pahlish - Raggedy Man, Good Night

Hi cuties!

I hope you've had a great day so far. My day has been amaze-balls! Martina aka Colourize-Me, my bff Emelie and I spent the afternoon together. It was so much fun!

Time for todays polish, I decided to wear a polish from Pahlish. Woah polish from Pahlish, try to say that fast three times. Anyway... Raggedy Man, Good Night is a dark grey-green-brown(?) holographic polish with rose gold flakes. It's a Doctor Who inspired shade and it is perfect. I ended up with two coats, the first coat looked super sheer but when I applied the second coat it covered perfectly. I also added one coat of tc to maximise the shine :)
I'm a big Pahlish fan and I would say that it's one of my favourite autumn brands. I love their dark shades that looks just as amazing in the shade as in sunlight. What do you guys think? Do you like Pahlish :) Let me know below.
That's all for now. I'll "talk" to you guys tomorrow :)
Love,

Enchanted Polish - July 2014 & Pahlish - The Crucible

There is a first for everything right? Today I had a new experience, an EP with a really sucky formula. July 2014 was thick, gooey and tricky to apply. There was either too much or too little polish on the brush. Thankfully, it covered with two coats so the awful experience was short-lived.

I also applied some glitter to make the manicure extra fancy. The glitter is called The Crucible. It's a clear based polish with glitters in different metallic shades and sizes. The Crucible is a great gradient polish, I really recommend it. Finally I added a few golden studs to my nails. I love this manicure, even though it's a bit christmasy.

That's all for now, I'll "talk" to you tomorrow :)
Until next time, take care!

Love,

Pahlish - This song is ending

 Hi lovelies!

Today I'm wearing This song is ending. It's a DW-polish, unfortunately I'm to tired to write a long funny post with lots of Doctor Who related memes. Work is killing me and I can hardly keep my eyes open while writing this.

Todays polish was absolutely amazing formula wise. This song is ending is a teal creme with coppery micro flakes. Two thin coats was enough for it to become completely opaque. It dried semi-matte so tc was necessary. I love this colour, it's fun yet discrete. It dried really fast so the tc was only applied for a shiny finish.

I really like this shade and especially the flakes, they make this shade really unique.
That's all for now, take care and I'll talk to you tomorrow.
Lots of love

Pahlish - The Primary Order

Discrete, soft and dreamy.

The Primary Order is yet another polish from Pahlish's Doctor Who themed collection. It's been a while since I posted a Doctor Who polish. I was actually going to for a neon polish but when I saw this cutie I decided to wear it instead.
The formula was great, and two thin coats was enough for full coverage. I've had some bad experience with greys before and I thought that this one would be the same but the entire application was problem-free. It dried fast, overall I'd say this is a complain-free polish :D
What do you guys think? Do you love, like or hate it? Let me know in the comments bellow :)
Until next time, take care!

Pahlish - Legra 1956

Sometimes I fail. Today I failed BIG TIME!

I give you lobster hands, and these pictures are super edited. My hands where purple before I edited the pics. Therefor you will not get as many pictures as usual.

For this weeks Nail art Sunday I decided to go for a pretty simple layering. I applied two coats of Pahlish Legra 1956 over a white base. I ended up with two coats and I really like how it turned out. Legra 1956 is a almost clear based glitter polish, the base is slightly tinted but it's not that visible on the nail. It has neon green glitters in various shapes, some kind of pinkish glitters and round golden glitters as well.
I thought that it would look cool to add a golden circle stud on each nail to enhance the circle glitters. I looked pretty awesome but after a few hours it was like some of the studs had reacted with my top coat because the golden colour had faded and the silver colour underneath was showing.  I think you can see it in the non close-up pictures.

I really love neon glitter polishes so I just had to buy Legra 1056 before my no buy started. I'm gonna wear it again and re-take the pictures because these pictures don't do Legra justice. But it's not a big deal, I'm only human after all :P
Until next time, take care!

Pahlish - Cross my hearts

Time for a Doctor Who polish. This polish is called Cross my hearts and refers to the two hearts of the Doctor. Time lords have two hearts for those of you who aren't familiar with Doctor Who.

Cross my hearts is a reddish brown polish with multi chrome flecks. The formula wasn't that great. It was sheer and problematic to apply evenly. I needed three coats and one thick coat of SV to smooth it out. I love the colour though so I'd say that the struggle was worth it. I haven't experienced this kind of application problems with Pahlish before so it might be a bad bottle/batch.

Until next time, take care!

Pahlish - Crimson, Eleven, Delight, Petrichor

Hi guys!

I've got such an amazing spring colour to show you today. This is Crimson, Eleven, Delight, Petrichor (CEDP) from the second part of Pahlish Doctor Who themed collection. CEDP is a candy pink creme with magenta and neon pink glitters. The formula was really good, I was a bit worried that the pastell pink creme was going to be streaky but it wasn't. I needed three coats but two will definitely be enough if you have shorter nails. I have two coats of SV and it's almost completely smooth. I ave a lot of thinner in my SV so I guess one coat would be enough if your not a thinner addict.

CEDP is really different from the other colours in the collection, it's a bright spring colour and I would love it if a few more colours where like this one. I need spring and bright colours. I'm so tired of the dark swedish winter months and vampy colours.

Don't forget to check out Princess Emmas' blog if you want to see more pink spring colours :)
Pahlish can be purchased at their big cartel.

Until next time, take care!

Pahlish - Blood of the mountain

Hey cuties!

Friday again! Time really does fly. Friday means holoday and I have such a pretty polish to show you. It's Blood of the mountain from Pahlish. I bought it from their big cartel for 9 USD. Blood of the Mountain is a burgundy red holo with gold flecks. I love holos with flecks. It makes them more interesting and also more fun to wear on cloudy days.

The formula of this one is a bit tricky though, it dries so fast that it becomes difficult to apply. I think I might add some SV restore to make the formula a bit thinner. I applied two coats of BotM and used a TC from Pretty & Polished that works great over holos.

That's all for now, until next time take care :)

Pahlish - January duo

Hey lovelies!
I hope you're not getting too tired of all the DW hysteria that's been going on here. But if you are, then congratulations! This is the last post... For a while :)

It's time for the DW inspired January duo from Pahlish. It consists of two polishes a cream, Eleven's hour is over now, and a glitter topper, The clock is striking twelve's.

Let's start with the cream shall we? EHION is a dark grey cream with blue and purple mini flecks. Unfortunately I didn't really manage to capture the flecks, you can see them if you look at the bottle in the pictures though. I like the colour and there weren't any problems with the application. I have two thin coats in the pictures. The drying time was pretty fast, no problems whatsoever. That has actually been my overall impression of the first part of the "All of space and time" collection. Fast drying time and great formulas. I think this is one of the overall best collections I have ever tried.

Time for the glitter topper! TCIST has a clear base with holographic, black and white glitters and purple flecks. Even though it's packed with different glitters one coat of SV was enough to get it smooth and glossy. The polish applied smoothly and the glitter spread evenly over the nail. The combination of the two polishes is really cute and I love it. In the pictures I have two coats of TCIST on my middle and ring finger.

Time for the pictures. Hope you enjoy them :)

Until next time, take care!

Pahlish - Mad man with a box

Before I start writing about todays nail polis, here's a short introduction to The mad man with the box :)

I took me forever before I started to appreciate the eleventh doctor. I loved both nine and ten. But eleven, wasn't really for me. Well that was what it felt like in the beginning at least. Nowadays I actually like him. But I must admit, I don't think I'll ever feel the same way for eleven as nine and ten. But he is darn funny :D

Mad man with a box is a navy blue jelly polish with emerald green and sapphire blue flecks in it. It is wonderful. The application was flawless once again. Two thin coats was all I needed to achieve full coverage. I must send out a warning though. This polish is really pigmented so be careful not to get any on your cuticles if you're a perfectionist :P I did dry a bit gritty, even though I applied one coat of SV. So two coats of TC is necessary to get it completely smooth.

This was the last polish of the first part of Pahlish Doctor Who collection. But I'm going to show you the January duo as well as I mentioned in the first post. Some Whovians seem to be a bit disappointed that the colours of these polishes are rather dark, I enjoy that. The Doctor is a quite dark character IMO. Not in a evil way, but you can tell that he has seen, and done, many tragic things. He is old and that is something that shows really well in this collection.

I'm so glad that I bought all of the colours and I'm definitely getting all in the second part of it as well :)
Until next time, take care!
