Models Own - Grape Juice & Strawberry Tart and Enchanted Polish - Seven Nation Army

 Hi cuties!

I'm the most miserable person in the entire universe! If you follow me on Instagram (@cilp) you might know that I had a fever yesterday. I've been feeling kind of weird today as well. So weird that I didn't manage to go to the postal office and get my Enchanted Polish parcel. Can you imagine how terrible I must be feeling if I can't manage to go and pick up my nail mail!?
I decided to use one of my untried EP's to celebrate that I've got nail mail that's waiting for me at the PO. I did a gradient with Strawberry Tart and Grape Juice from Models Own and topped it off with Seven Nation Army from Enchanted Polish.

I started with a white base, the polishes from Models Own are rather sheer so a white base is definitely recommended. Then I applied the two Models Own colours and slightly overlapped them on a make-up sponge. I dabbed the sponge over each nail and repeated the procedure three or four times. While the polish was still wet I made sure to clean up any mess I had made around my nails. Finally I applied one thin coat of Seven Nation Army and finally one coat of tc.

I love this manicure, I think it's super cute and I love the black and white glitters together with the pretty pastels. What do you guys think? Let me know bellow :)
That's all for now. Have a great evening and I'll "talk" to you tomorrow.
Love

Snow white and nail art

Golden metal flowers sent for my honest review.
I have a super cute manicure to show you guys. I have showed you a couple of these metal nail art thingys before. Today I have some amazing cherry blossom shaped ones to show you.
I started with a white base, Snow white from Models own. After that I added Bubbly from Pop culture cosmetics on my thumb, index and ring finger. On my middle finger and pinkie I added flowers and one thin layer of bubbly on top of them. I also added on thick coat of top coat on all of my nails.

I really love this manicure, it feels classy yet modern and fun. That's all for now. Talk to you soon :)
Until next time, take care!

Models Own - Flip flop

Hello neon lovers!

Today I'm going to show you something as unusual as a neon polish that doesn't need undies(!). I have a neon green polish from American Apareal that is amazing, but it's sheer and needs underwear to pop. I have been searching for a neon green that doesn't need to be layered over white. Today I can gladly say that I have found it!
Flip flop is not perfect, it's rather streaky and it dries fast. You need to focus on the application for it to apply perfectly. It dries matte just like a true neon should, therefore I also added two coats of HK girl TC to add shine and even it out. Even though the application was a bit tricky I love this polish and it's definitely my new number one green neon.

Do you guys like bright colours like this one? I love neons, they make me HAPPY :D
Until next time, take care!

Midnight mani - French skittle

I couldn't sleep last night, so I made a midnight manicure lol. I wanted to try my holo TC from CbL with different pastel colours. So I ended up with a french skittle.

As a base I have two coats of Ciaté - Amazing gracie. The pastels are (index to pinkie) Models Own - Strawberry tart, Maybelline - Mint for life, Essie - Borrowed & blue and Models Own - Grape juice. Then I finished the mani of with two coats of CbL - Leather & Lace.

I like this mani, I think it's super cute. The TC from CbL is great. No problems with application or drying time. That's all for now, might redo my nails later today lol.

Until next time, take care!
