Dollish Polish - Totes magotes!

WOWZA!

Sometimes when you finally get a polish that you've been wanting forever it's like, is this it!? That is not the case with Totes magotes!

I absolutely love it! Totes magotes! is a minty creme holo with a discrete shimmer. I applied three thin coats and it covered perfectly. I also added one coat of Seche vite and it added some extra shine. I think it's absolutely stunning and it climbed right up to the top and I would say that it's my favourite mint in my entire collection.

Dollish Polish - 3 Best friends that anyone could have

I was so tired yesterday that I decided too watch TV and eat candy instead of blogging. It's been a hectic week at work and I really needed to rest yesterday when I got home.

I'm gonna try to post at least two times today since I do love to blog :)
First out toady is 3 Best friends that anyone could have (3BFTACH). Katarina from Edgy Polish sent me this polish as a bonus when I ordered a few bottles of polish a few weeks back when Edgy Polish was celebrating their one year anniversary. Katarina seems to now me very well because I absolutely love this polish. I'm a big fan of glitters polishes and this one is super pretty.
3BFTACH is a clear based polish with micro, bar and hex glitters in silver and blue hex glitters. As you can see it doesn't cover perfectly, even though I have four coats but I still think it looks awesome. The formula was great, glitter spred evenly and the polish dried fast. I ended up with two coats of Digitial flash from Nail pattern boldness. As always when I wear glitter polish I used Glitter-a-peel as base coat, also from Nail pattern boldness.
Until next time, take care!

Colors by Llarowe - OABTRAD (Orchids Are Better Than Roses Any Day)

Hey cuties!

Guess what, today isn't any regular Thursday. It's Pink Thursday's birthday! I love pink so I try to participate as often as I can :) Princess Emma has decided that our manicures should be heart themed and who am I to say no to that!?

I decided to go for a pretty simple design. I used OABTRAD as the base colour and did a glitter gradient with Heart breaker from Dollish Polish. Since OABTRAD is so gorgeous on it's own I added a couple of pictures without the glitter gradient as well.

The formula of OABTRAD was classic Llarowe, nothing to complain about there. It dried fast and two coats was enough to get it opaque. Heart breaker is such a cute polish, it's packed with white, pink and red glitters shaped as circles, bows and hearts among others. I didn't have any problems with heart breaker, it was easy to get different glitter shapes on the brush. When I did the glitter gradient I applied Heart breaker on a make-up sponge and dabbed it on the nail. This is a really great technique to apply glitters. Do you guys have any special plans for Valentines day tomorrow?

That's all for now :)

Until next time, take care!
