Pahlish - Raggedy Man, Good Night

Hi cuties!

I hope you've had a great day so far. My day has been amaze-balls! Martina aka Colourize-Me, my bff Emelie and I spent the afternoon together. It was so much fun!

Time for todays polish, I decided to wear a polish from Pahlish. Woah polish from Pahlish, try to say that fast three times. Anyway... Raggedy Man, Good Night is a dark grey-green-brown(?) holographic polish with rose gold flakes. It's a Doctor Who inspired shade and it is perfect. I ended up with two coats, the first coat looked super sheer but when I applied the second coat it covered perfectly. I also added one coat of tc to maximise the shine :)
I'm a big Pahlish fan and I would say that it's one of my favourite autumn brands. I love their dark shades that looks just as amazing in the shade as in sunlight. What do you guys think? Do you like Pahlish :) Let me know below.
That's all for now. I'll "talk" to you guys tomorrow :)
Love,

Pahlish - This song is ending

 Hi lovelies!

Today I'm wearing This song is ending. It's a DW-polish, unfortunately I'm to tired to write a long funny post with lots of Doctor Who related memes. Work is killing me and I can hardly keep my eyes open while writing this.

Todays polish was absolutely amazing formula wise. This song is ending is a teal creme with coppery micro flakes. Two thin coats was enough for it to become completely opaque. It dried semi-matte so tc was necessary. I love this colour, it's fun yet discrete. It dried really fast so the tc was only applied for a shiny finish.

I really like this shade and especially the flakes, they make this shade really unique.
That's all for now, take care and I'll talk to you tomorrow.
Lots of love

Lac Attack - Hogwarts

Hi lovelies!

Today I'm wearing a polish that my BF picked. He thought that it looked like christmas and thought it would make me happy since I'm a big X-mas fan :)

I must say he was right, it does look like christmas and I love it. Hogwarts, as this cute polish is called, is a clear based glitter polish. The glitters are red, blue, silver and green. It almost covered perfectly with three coats without undies. The matte black polish on my pinkie, index and thumb is Liquid leather from China Glaze with a matte top coat from OPI.

I think this mani is really cute and I love matte black polish, it's so cool. If I had to pick one polish to use for the rest of my life it would definitely be a matte black.

I'm going to sleep now, have a great evening :)
Take care and I'll talk to you tomorrow.
Lots of love,
Christina

Alanna Renee - Avada kedavra

Hey lovelies!

I hope you're having a wonderful Saturday. I'm netflixing and waiting for my pineapple pizza to arrive, I'm pretty much living the dream :) Today I'm rocking a Harry Potter polish. It's Avada kedavra from Alanna Renee. I assume that you all know what sort of spell Avada kedavra is, if you don't I suggest you click here

I will definitely layer this polish next time. I have three coats in the pictures and there is still quite a lot of VNL. Avada kedavra is a light neon-ish green with white shimmery glitters in two sizes. The polish dries extremely uneven due to the glitters. Three thick coats of tc wasn't enough for a completely smooth finish. I do love the colour so I won't let the sheer and uneven finish stop me from wearing it again. I think I might need the rest of the Harry Potter collection from Alanna Renee, since I'm a really big Potter head :)
That's all for now, take care.
Lot's of love

Mckfresh Nail Attire - #001

Hi cuties!

Hope you're having a wonderful day :) I've spent most of the day changing my blog design. I hope you like it. I'd love some feedback, positive _and_ negative. Let me know in the comments bellow.

Today is Wednesday and it's green. If you, like me, enjoy green manicures you should head over to Karin

I decided to wear a polish that I've had for quite some time. #001 from Mckfresh Nail Attire. For those of you who don't play Pokémon #001 is the first Pokémon in the pokedex, also known as Bulbasaur. As you might have figured out, the polish is inspired by Bulbasaurs looks.

The base is a shimmery teal crelly. The glitters are green, red and golden in different shapes and sizes. It dried rather uneven so I ended up with two coats of tc, but I might add a third because it's not completely smooth.

I really like this polish and I absolutely need more pokemon polishes in my collection. Are you guys into Pokémon? I'd love to know!
Until net time, take care!

Pahlish - Sleep to dream

Hi cuticle cuties!

I'm going to bed really soon, I have to go up at 4 am :( But before I fall asleep I want to share this vampy beauty with you. This is Sleep to dream from Pahlish. It's a wonderful dark aubergine creme with tons of different micro flakes.
The formula was a bit weird, not in a bad way just different. It was very thick but not at all stringy, if you know what I mean. I ended up with three coats, it self levelled well even though it was rather thick. It's not very summery but it's one of my oldest untried so I had to give it some love. I aslo added two coats of top coat because it dried surprisingly matte.

That's all for now, I'm off to bed :D
Until next time, take care!

Smitten Polish - Her name was Rose

Hi lovelies :)

Time for a Doctor Who polish. Some of you might know that I'm a big DW fan. If I find a polish that is inspired by the series I buy it immediately. If I find a polish that is inspired by the series and it's a perfect squishy raspberry jelly then you can bet your cute little behinds that I will buy it.
Her name was Rose is named after one of the doctors companions. Rose Tyler is my all time favourite companion and this shade is just as amazing as she is. I needed two thin coats for a completely VNL-free finish. It did dry pretty gritty so I ended up with three coats of HK Girl top coat. The formula was problem-free and the polish was very easy to apply.
What do you guys think about the colour, do you like it? Do you often buy polish just because of it's name? Let me know bellow :)
Until next time, take care!

Polish TBH - Amortentia and Eirene

Amortentia and Eirene where sent for my honest review.
Hi lovelies!

I hope you're enjoying the wonderful weather. I decided to take a break from our Sunday cleaning. Today I have super cute layering to show you. Both polishes are from Polish TBH and it's, at least for me, a rather new brand.
The base colour, Eirene, is a soft nude crelly with blue shimmer. I thought that it was going to be a bit too frosty for me but it wasn't. I really like the colour. I needed four coats for a completely VNL-free finish. It was however worth the four layers because the colour is lovely. Next time I'm going to wear it with a matte TC. I think that will look wonderful.
The glitter topper is a Harry Potter polish. It's named after the strongest love potion ever made, Amortentia. I really like these two colours together because, just like Eirene, Amortentia also had some blue shimmer. They looked so pretty together. I applied two coats on my index finger. I did a jelly sandwich on my ring finger and a gradient on my pinkie. This is a soft glitter topper that will work just as well over dark colours.

I'm really pleased with the quality of the two polishes and I'm glad that I was given the opportunity to try these cuties. Both colours are available over at Edgy Polish and are 115 SEK each.
Until next time, take care!

Polish TBH - Floo powder

Floo powder was sent for my honest review.
Hi lovelies!

I placed an Edgy polish order last week, I wanted to try stamping polish from Mentality, review will be up. I also needed a new bottle of TC and when I was at it I added a few stamping plates :) Katarina was super sweet and added a few polishes for me to review.
When I saw that one of the bottles had a label that said Floo powered I had to try it at once. I'm such a Potter head. Floo powder is a army green crelly with golden flakes and prismatic hex glitters. It was rather sheer so I did need three coats. I really like this colour, it's not super summery but when wearing bright summer clothes I think it's kind of cool to mismatch with a darker polish.

Floo powder dried fast with the help of one coat of fast drying TC. I think I used Pretty & Polished's TC. If you like Floo powder and want to buy a bottle to your collection you can find it over at Edgy Polish for 115 SEK.
Until next time, take care!

Pahlish - The Primary Order

Discrete, soft and dreamy.

The Primary Order is yet another polish from Pahlish's Doctor Who themed collection. It's been a while since I posted a Doctor Who polish. I was actually going to for a neon polish but when I saw this cutie I decided to wear it instead.
The formula was great, and two thin coats was enough for full coverage. I've had some bad experience with greys before and I thought that this one would be the same but the entire application was problem-free. It dried fast, overall I'd say this is a complain-free polish :D
What do you guys think? Do you love, like or hate it? Let me know in the comments bellow :)
Until next time, take care!

Mckfresh Nail Attire - Puncha yo buns

What's up cuticle cuties!?

I've got such a fun polish to show you today. I really enjoy wearing glitter polishes and this polish sure is glittery. Puncha yo buns from Mckfresh Nail Attire is a polish inspired by a song from Adventure Time. Do you guys like Adventure Time? I love it, it's so weird but super fun.

This polish is a white crelly that almost covers completely with three coats. It's packed with glitters in different shapes and colours. You'll get a pretty good idea what kind of glitters it contains if you look at the bottle shot below :)
The application was surprisingly smooth. The glitter spread evenly and the formula was not too thick nor too thin. The only thing that was problematic was the larger circle glitters that required some fishing. It dried super gritty so TC was a must. I have three coats of TC in the pictures but it's still a bit gritty. I might even add a fourth layer.

This is my first encounter with Mckfresh Nail Attire and I'm really pleased with the polish. I bought this at Mei mei's webshop. I think this could look awesome matte as well and I think I might give it a try. I can post a picture of that on Instagram :)
Until next time, take care!
